Det saerlige ved restaurationsbranchen er, at den forener en lang raekke elementer, som vi ved skaber et farligt miljoe i forhold til sexchikane, siger han.

Det drejer sig om sene arbejdstider, alkohol, arbejdspladser med mange loesansatte og et organisatorisk system med staerke hierarkier. Og så er servicefag med kundekontakt i sig selv saerligt udsatte, hvilket blandt andet fremgår af undersoegelserne fra Det Nationale Forskningscenter for Arbejdsmiljoe. Tilsammen goer disse meget konkrete elementer restaurationsbranchen til det, man kunne kalde en hoejrisikozone for seksuel chikane.
